Single competitor page analysis

Read one public page and pair its declared facts with labelled keyword estimates.

1. Choose an owned target site from list_sites and one competitor HTTPS page URL. Unlike owned-page audit tools, the competitor URL may belong to another public domain. No query parameters, credentials or nonstandard ports are accepted.
2. Obtain explicit approval for up to $0.02 of new single-page DataForSEO Labs research, then call analyze_competitor_page with confirmMetered: true. The default market is United States (2840), English (en). Domain research tools have a different cost class.
3. The service checks robots access and reads static HTML from this page only. It does not render JavaScript or crawl links. The result contains declared title, headings, date, entities and word count; missing facts stay absent and private source text is not returned.
4. Keyword volume, position and traffic are vendor estimates, not measured page traffic. A valid 12-hour cache can be reused; at most 20 new analyses are admitted per workspace per day. An uncertain charge is retained and must not be automatically retried.
5. Use the Content workflow for a separately approved original draft. This analysis tool does not publish content, call a drafting model or guarantee a ranking improvement. An MCP key identifies its workspace, not a user's personal chat settings.
